Subhash Tantry

President and Chief Executive Officer

Subhash Tantry guides the creation and execution of FoxT's vision and strategy to serve a growing global market for Enterprise Access Management solutions. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the software industry. He is a serial entrepreneur and was a senior executive at Accenture. He holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and a masters in industrial engineering and management science. In addition to completing a management program at Stanford University, Subhash is a Distinguished Alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, and has been a founding member of the Board of Directors of the IIT Bombay Heritage Fund. He also holds US Patents in enterprise software architecture and applications. He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) group, is a mentor at TiE and was a convener for TiECON 2006."

Rick Schultz

Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Rick is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition by leading the Sales and Channel Management execution for FoxT. With more than 25 years of Sales Leadership and Marketing experience, much of it in the security software market, Rick has led teams large and small in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50. Most recently, Rick was responsible for Worldwide Sales at SIEM provider, Sensage, inc. Prior to Sensage, Rick also led Worldwide Sales for SaaS email security company Postini (acquired by Google) and hosting & content delivery provider Digital Island (acquired by Cable & Wireless). Rick also led Sales for the network integration unit of Pacific Bell (acquired by SBC) and held a number of sales and management positions with AT&T early in his career. Rick holds a BS from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Lynne Courts

Chief Marketing Officer

Lynne Courts brings over 20 years of global enterprise software marketing and sales experience to Fox Technologies where she is responsible for product marketing and management, field marketing, and corporate brand marketing. Lynne started with FoxT in 2005, and in her current role is focused on growing market share and driving product innovation. Prior to FoxT, Lynne held a wide range of sales and marketing roles in the IT industry including Director of Product Marketing at Chordiant Software, Managing Director of EMEA for Action Point Software, and Western Region Sales Manager for Intellus Software. Lynne also held a variety of Product Marketing and Management positions at NCR Corporation. Lynne holds a BS degree in Business Marketing from Michigan State University.

Peter Svanberg

Managing Director, Foxt AB Sweden and VP of Product Operations

Peter Svanberg is the Managing Director of FoxT AB Sweden and is responsible for world-wide Product Operations including Product Development, Customer Service, and Professional Services. Peter comes to FoxT with over 25 years of international experience. He has held a board range of executive roles in the IT industry across product development, product management, business management, and sales. With deep expertise in business models and process optimization, Peter has delivered proven results for organizations such as HP, Logica, Ericsson, and Telia and holds a Master of Science degree from Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm Sweden,

Tommy Magnusson

Chief Technology Officer

Tommy Magnusson has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software development and information security. In his role as CTO, Tommy provides technology innovation leadership for FoxT and works closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to guide future software development. He has worked with the FoxT product line since 1994 in a variety of roles including VP of Engineering and VP of Business Development. Before FoxT, Tommy worked for Technology Nexus , AT&T, DynaSoft and RSA Security. Tommy has a Master of Science in Engineering with an emphasis on Computer Science from Uppsala University.

Gary J. Sanders

Chief Financial Officer

Gary J. Sanders brings more than 25 years of finance and management experience in high technology to FoxT. Prior to FoxT, Gary was Chief Financial Officer at Cydelity which was acquired by Digital Envoy. Gary was also CFO at Enviz (acquired by Keynote Systems). In addition, Gary has held executive positions at Colo.com, Optimal Networks, Tyecin Systems, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Gary has a proven track record in administration, management, financial reporting, and investor relations. Gary holds an M.B.A. as well as a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
